Rules of Eligibility
In order to participate you must meet the following rules of eligibility.
The home you are entering must fall within the eligible boundaries.
If you are not planning on placing your home on the market in the immediate future but sometime later, you can still qualify, as long as an agreed upon time frame for placing your home on the market can be determined between you and the Ready To Sell team.
You agree to list your home with Ready To Sell’s Realtor, Harley Grahn, a licensed Principal Broker for RE/MAX Equity Group (503-533-9233).
You agree that the budget and how it is spent will be at the discretion of the Ready To Sell team.
Your participation in the process will be required. This may include, but is not limited to, packing, decluttering and cleaning.
You agree to allow photos and video footage to be taken and used at the discretion of the Ready To Sell team. This may include, but is not limited to, printed marketing materials, internet, television advertising and television broadcast. The photos and video footage may include your home and the makeover process.
Your cooperation in the entire process is necessary. If the Ready To Sell team determines that your cooperation has not been given, it may result in the cancellation of the makeover process of your home. The Ready To Sell team will not be held liable if such situation should occur.
If you decide not to sell your home after the makeover has been accepted,* you will be responsible for re-payment of all goods and services provided to that point.
*Acceptance of makeover occurs when Seller receives Designer’s Recommendations in writing
